Account Manager-Sales

  • Maintain existing customer’s accounts and develop new customer for expansion of market share
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve allocated sales target and objectives
  • Maintain good relations with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments
  • Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
  • Corresponding to customers via emails, letter, walk-ins or telephone with regards to product related enquiries and product features
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding customers expectation, hence increasing rating on customer satisfaction index
  • Recognize customer problems and resolves it to customer’s satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions

Sales Admin

  • To prepare quotation and tender documents
  • To do data entry for quotation done
  • Filling of documents
  • Prepare single line diagram drawing as and when required by sales personnel or customer
  • Responsible to develop and carry out strategic online marketing plans for company website & related marketplace
  • Responsible for day to day execution of e-commerce operations across our online marketplace in Malaysia market
  • Liaises with 3rd party marketplace and different sales channels for all promotion and campaign activities
  • Analyze the effectiveness of each promotion campaign and follow up on future planning
  • Ensure enough stock quantity for all Right Power products posted in marketplace at all time and maintain a well balance product listing
  • Ensure all product upload and sync with full description within given time frame. Planning on new and existing products upload and removal respectively
  • Create and optimize contents for the website and social networking accounts, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and etc.
