Account Manager-Sales

  • Maintain existing customer’s accounts and develop new customer for expansion of market share
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve allocated sales target and objectives
  • Maintain good relations with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments
  • Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
  • Corresponding to customers via emails, letter, walk-ins or telephone with regards to product related enquiries and product features
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding customers expectation, hence increasing rating on customer satisfaction index
  • Recognize customer problems and resolves it to customer’s satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions
